Heritage | Listed
We have significant experience in designing and achieving listed building consents for a variety of listed buildings and structures throughout the UK.
Whether it be a modern approach to an extension or a more sympathetic approach to an internal reordering then we can assist.
We regularly work on Grade II and Grade II* listed homes and have achieved recent approvals for works in the grounds of ancient monuments. As well as producing a compelling case and justification for the demolition of a Grade II listed asset to be replaced by a much more suitable structure for the client.
Our extensive experience in this field means that we can navigate the often complex and detailed requirements that your local Conservation officer or Historic England may require, as well as having on hand Heritage consultants and planning consultants should we need to call on them.

We have extensive experience in assessing the feasibility of any new build scheme and have various trusted professionals on hand from structural engineers, interior designers, landscape designers to planning and heritage consultants for those more challenging requirements.
We also offer 3d visualisations of your new home which can be a useful and persuasive tool at planning stage.
On larger developments we have years of experience working on schemes ranging from small exclusive developments to larger multi-use schemes, providing services from the initial site feasibility through to planning consent and detailed construction drawing packages.
