We worked closely with the client to provide them with their dream home design in this prestigious location in Cheltenham. The new dwelling replaces the current Mid century style home built in the 1980s. Working with our trusted planning consultants we received full approval to replace the current house with a much larger scheme. The brief was for a modern take on the Mid century style that had real kerb appeal but afforded the client privacy from the street beyond.
