The Pantry

We were approached by our client to turn this tired former Post office building in to a local shop stocking artisan products as well as essentials complete with a café / restaurant serving great food that would be a destination in the heart of the Cotswolds for walkers, tourists and shoppers alike. Internally we rationalised the layout, proving a new stand-alone chefs kitchen, dining room and shop floor. We extended to provide further shop floor space as well as a new toilet block for café patrons. Externally we bought the building back to life, with complete re roofing new windows and doors throughout as well as re modelling the first floor to provide useful office space, further dining areas and a meeting room that can be hired upon request.
