Stoke Orchard

Formerly the site of a large commercial garage and car sales pitch. We secured permission for its demolition and the erection of 6 new build dwellings in its place. The client brief was that the houses were to be of traditional materials but with a modern layout. Finished in Cotswold stone walling as well as timber cladding, each house benefits from large open plan areas, vaulted ceilings and high specification glazing. Potential buyers were able to customise the final layouts with some adding in cinema rooms and home gyms.
